    I own a 2000 Chrysler Town & Cou. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for the turn signals, and they had it for about 2 hours. They could not find the problem, so they didn`t actually do any work besides an oil change. I did not receive paperwork while I was there, and the staff there treated me great. Currently the signals are still having problems and I also need a window that needs worked on.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Stratus. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for an oil change. It was not under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. On a scale from 1-10, I give the staff`s customer service a 10. There are no problems with my car at this time. Everything is fine.

    I own a 1994 CHEVROLET Venture. Aaron was my salesman. He was awesome. The van was clean and in good condition when I got it. I am not having any problems with it now. I was approved for the vehicle the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Kelly, and she provided great customer service. She was a great salesperson, and she helped me out alot. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it except for 2 scratches, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle that I know of.

    I own a 1999 Ford Explorer. My experience was positive. I took my truck to the service center for an oxygen sensor, and the work was done in less than two hours. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was very good to me. The truck acts like it`s goin to stall out when the motor is warm.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Caravan. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Kelly. Her service was great. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in good condition and clean when I got it. Now it sounds like I need a wheel alignment, the air conditioner does not work, and there is some grinding in the front.

    I own a 2008 Chrysler 300M. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for an oil sending unit. The work was done in about eight hours. I paid a fair price for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was good to me, and my car is running alright now.

I paid a fair price for the work, and I`m not sure if I have any paperwork for it. The service staff was really nice to me, and my car is running alright now.

    I own a 2002 SATURN SL. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was a blonde woman who sat 2 offices over from the finance manager. She provided good customer service throughout the process. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. Currently, I think my vehicle may need brakes.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Suburban. My experience was neutral because I am still having the same problems with the truck. I took my truck to the service center because the check engine light was on, and the brakes felt mushy. The work was done in about four hours. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was decent, but the check engine light is back on now. The brakes still feel the same as well.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was neutral, because we had some problems at first but we got them worked out. I brought my vehicle in for the check engine light and front end alignment, and they had it for about 4-5 hours. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me good, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 1998 Buick Century. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center to have the transmission fixed, which was done in about a week. The cost of the work was added to my payments, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff treated me alright. There is some static in the speakers now.

    I own a 2004 Ford Contour. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center because it was overheating, and they also had to replace a sensor for the transmission. The work was done in about six or seven hours. I paid about $200 for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was nice to me. The car starts to shake when I get up to speed now.

    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for a tire, and they had for about 10 minutes. I had to pay for it, and I felt the price was very fair. I received paperwork with that, and the staff there treated me wonderfully. There are no current problems with the vehicle.
