    I own a 1999 GMC Sierra. Makita was the salesperson that worked with me and everyone did just fine. I was approved the first day I went in. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I drove it off the lot and I ahve not had any problems with the vehicle. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford F-150. I worked with a blond haired female and all of the staff did an excellent job making me comfortable. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it and I have not had a single problem with the vehicle. I was approved the first day I applied. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Alero. My car was in for the turnsignals were not working, front end secured,and the passenger side front light. They had my car for about one hour. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work and a receipt. The tire pressure light is on, turn signal does not work right, the dim lights are not working right. The employees were great. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Buick Century. My experience was positive. Tia was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.

    I own a 2002 Ford Escort ZX2. I brought my car in for general maintainence. It was in the shop for a couple of hours. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were very nice. I need to take it back in for a gasket. Overall, my experience was positive. I never have any problems.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. I had to bring my vehicle in because the transmission was slipping, the vehicle was blowing smoke and the heater wasn`t working. It took a day to get it back and it was under warranty. The service started out shaky and ended up being alright. The heater still isn`t working and the transmission is still slipping. Overall my experience was neutral because all of the problems weren`t fixed.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Venture. Carl sold me the car. The brakes are squealling on the car but it was in good condition. There are stains on the carpet. The transmission seems like it is jumping. The process didn`t take long just a few hours. The staff was pretty nice. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET TrailBlaze. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Jay, and he was good. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. There are no current problems with my vehicle, and I was approved the same day.

    I own a 2001 KIA Sportage. I brought my car in because the brake light would come on everytime I hit my brakes and the check engine light was on. It was in the shop for a day. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were pretty good. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Mercury Sable. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because I needed to get new tire rods put on. They had my car in the shop for about one day and the staff members treated me good while I was there. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running good for me.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Neon. Overall my experience was positive. I needed a new serphinte belt, timming belt, tensor, water pump. My vehicle was in the shop for one day, and a half. My vehicle currently works like charm, and Chris is going to mail me the paperwork. The staff did a very good job during the service of my vehicle.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. My car was in for a ball joint replacement. They had my car for about the entire day. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work. The employees were fine. There are a few problems with my car today, when you put my car in park it makes a grinding noise. My overall experience was neutral, because I someone overheard a conversation about me and my car and fixing my car.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Buick Century. I brought my vehicle in to get the service engine light fixed for the third time and it took a day and a half to get it back to me. The staff did an okay job and I got a receipt. It was covered under warranty. I am still having the same problem again now and if this doesn`t get fixed I am giving the car back. Overall my experience was neutral because I have had to bring it in 3 times for the same thing.

    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. I brought it in for a noise in the dash and an engine problem. It was there for about an hour and the service was covered. The engine light is on but everything seems to be fine. I haven`t talked to them about it yet. The staff there was ok and the experience was positive.
