 | I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Blazer. I took my car to the service center because the fuel pump went out. I got the car back that next day because I wasnt able to go get it the same day. I had to pay thirty five dollars for the work that was done, but I got a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car now but I had a spring come loose a couple days after I got it back and they fixed it for me. The staff is top notch. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Monte Carl. My sales person was Kelly and she did a great job helping me find a car. When I got my car it was running great for me and it was nice and clean to. I got approved for the car that same day that I was there. Today my car is running fine for me and I see no problems with it. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 1996 CHEVROLET Blazer. My experience was positive. I took my truck to the service center because the four-way switch was broken. I dropped the truck off at the shop, and the work was done in one day. I paid a fair price for the work, and I don`t have any paperwork for it. The service staff was wonderful. The driver door handle is loose, and there is a spring that keeps falling out of the same door.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1998 CHEVROLET Venture. My overall experience was negative due to me having three motors put in my vehicle, three transmissions put in my vehicle, and it runs like crap now. The staff overall is awful, they basically tell me that they are not going to fix something because the symptoms did not do it to them while they were driving the van. I have asked to be put in another vehicle and they refuse to do it. The van is no good. I brought my car in this last time because it was stalling. They kept my van all day to work on it. I have to bring it back in again because it is doing it again. I was charged for this service and I did not get a receipt. I am not happy with the staff members.

 | I own a 2003 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I brought my car in for a repair on the ignition switch module. It was in the shop for four days. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were great. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Monica and she did an excellent job selling me the car. When I got my car it was nice and clean for me and it was running good to. I got approved that same day for the car. Today my car is running excellent for me and I see no problems with it.

 | I own a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in for two new tires in the back, and oil change, and a rear panel near the brake lights. They kept my car for one day. I was charged a reasonable amount for the parts only. I only have the receipt for the parts I bought. The staff overall was good. I currently have no issues now.

 | I own a 2001 Dodge Intrepid. Overall I had a positive experience. I brought my car in to have to hood fixed. The staff was good and my car was fixed in the same day. My car was under warranty so I did not have to pay anything for it. I did recieve paper work for the service of the vehicle. I do not have any problems with the car today.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Blazer. Overall I had a positive experience. My salesperson was Joe and on a scale of 1-10 he was a 9. I have to get my oil chaged and that is the only problem I am having with the vehicle today. When I purchased my car and the scale of 1-10 the car was a 10 on condition and neatness. I was approved in the same day.

 | I own a 2006 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Jay, and he was very good. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. I am going to call soon because whenever I put on the defrost, my radio goes static. Other than that there are no problems with the vehicle. I was approved the same day.

 | I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Malibu. The new vehicle that I recently purcahsed was in excellent shape when I received it, and the salesperson that helped me select it was Dave. It didnt even take an hour for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems now. The staff was excellent, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall I had a postivie experience. My sales person was a young guy with a low haircut. When I first purchased my car it was not all the way clean , I had to clean it myself. I recently put plugs in my car myself. I was approved in the same day.

It was quickly serviced for me and I did not pay anything because it was under warranty. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was good. I have no current problems with the vehicle.

 | I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE 88. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was a female with dark hair, and she sits in the second cubicle on the right. She was wonderful. My vehicle was clean when I bought it, but not in good running condition. There is a check engine light on and something may be wrong with the transmission. Also, the passenger side window and the rear passenger window do not roll down. I was approved the same day.
