 | I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Impala. My car was in for a censor. They had my car for about four days. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work. The employees were fine. There are no problems with my car today, other I need a oil change. My experience was positive.

 | I own a 2005 Mercury Sable. Overall my experience was positive. I was approved for the car the same day. My salesperson was Denise, and she was nice. The car was nice and clean when I bought it, and I am not having any problems at this time.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Windstar. Overall I had a positive experience. I brought my vehicle in because when I would start it up it would cut off. It took 3 days to fix and I didnt have to pay anything because the car was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork for my service. The staff was good as far as customer service.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. I took my car in because it was shaking. They had my car in the shop for two days. It was under warranty. I did not receive paperwork or a receipt. The staff`s service was ok but my car is still doing the same thing. My car is still shaky and the motor`s idle is high. My overall experience was neutral because I have had my car for 6 months and I have had nothing but problems.

 | I own a 2002 MAZDA MPV. My sales peson was Jose. I was there for about an hour and half and the car was in good condition when I got it. The only problems is that I can`t get the paperwork from them to get the permanent plates. I have called them on it, and they keep telling me it hasn`t come in yet. The staff there was ok and the experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Dodge Neon. My overall experience was positive. My car was clean inside when I first got it. My brake light is on now and I called them today and they want me to bring the car in to check the brake fluid. Mike was my salesperson and he was good. I was approved for my car the same day.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. My experience has been neutral overall. I keep having problems and I have to keep bringing in may car. I am experiencing probolems with my fule pump right now. I don`t remember if I recieve paperwork with my last service I had on my car. The staff wasn`t very satisfactory because when I brought my car in they said everything was fine, then I brought my car to a different place to have it serviced and they ended up calling my back saying there was something wrong with it. My car is under warrany but I had to pay for it to get service somewhere else.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. Overall my experience was neutral, because of the problems I had with the car and the long process to get it. My salesperson was Robert, and he provided really good customer service. He was nice, polite, and carried a good conversation. The vehicle was clean but it had a weird smell to it, and it took me 3 days to be approved. They miscalculated the budget so I had to start over the next day looking for a different vehicle. I was there all day, and it just took a long time. Currently, some interior lights are not working, and the check engine light is on also.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. My salesperson was Randall. The customer service that I received was good. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. I do have problems with the back driver`s side window not rolling down. It took a couple hours for me to be approved for the vehicle.
My overall experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 SATURN L300. My seat wasn`t working properly and the vehicle needed an oil change and it took less than an hour. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff did an okay job with me. I have not had any other problems with the vehicle. Overall my experience was neutral because it took 3 weeks for me to get my vehicle last service before this.

 | I own a 2008 CHEVROLET Blazer. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Rich, and he provided awesome customer service. It was enjoyable working with him. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle, and I love it!

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Other. I did not like the service at all. They filled the oil up too high, so it exploded all over the side of my car. The car is still under warranty. The staff did a very poor job and has yet fixed my car. I can`t remember if I have a receipt or not. Overall my experience is negative, because of all the problems im having with the company.
