 | I own a 2001 Dodge Neon. My salesman`s name was Scott. He was all right. The car was clean when I got it. I am having problems with the front end now as far as the motor. He also said that the car would get great gas mileage and I am only getting like 19 mpg. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

It was quickly serviced for me, and I did not pay anything because it`s under warranty. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was fine. There are no current problems with my car.

 | I own a 2003 Buick LeSabre. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for an oil change, and it was quickly serviced. I did not pay anything because my vehicle is under warranty. I`m not sure if I was given a receipt, and the customer service was pretty good. The breaks have a problem, and the boosters may be going out. I`ll have to call up there and see if they can check for me.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall, my experience was neutral because we were in there about nine hours, and we were left a couple times while our salesperson went out and talked to people or bought something. I very much like the program in rebuilding credit, and was very appreciative of their help. My salesperson was MK, and she was pretty good. Her personality is great. However, she was telling incorrectly the kelly blue book prices on our car. Out of curiosity, I checked online after we bought the car and there is a $6,000 difference. That is kind of upsetting. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. There are no problems with the car currently, and I was approved the same day.

 | I own a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Dejuana, and she provided awesome customer service. The vehicle was not vaccummed, the cruise control did not work, the headlight had condensation in it, the rear defrost did not work, and the headlights needed adjusted when I got it. I was approved the same day, and currently I am still having problems with the headlight, my struts, and a spring fell out from under my seat today also.

The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

However, the check engine light is on now and I have called John twice and he even made a note for someone to call us to bring the van in and it still has not happened yet. John was my saleperson and he was fine overall. I was approved for my van the same day.

It was not under warranty but I felt the price was fair. I got paperwork. The staff were great. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My salesperson was Anthony. The customer service that I received was great. The vehicle was neat but there wa a cylinder that was out and they were aware of it. I haven`t had time to go back. I don’t have any problems with the vehicle right now. It took about 7 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.
