    I own a 2003 Dodge Neon. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was mike and he was fine as far as customer service. The car was in good condition when I bought it. The only problem I am having now is the seatbealt is broke and I have to wrestle with it everytime. I was approved in the same day.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Ford F-150. My salesperson was Alicia and she was very good. The car was in good condition when I got it. The car was returned a few weeks ago. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was neutral because they took the car because I was 3 days late for the payment and they would not accept my money.

    I own a 2003 Dodge Durango. Richard was my salesperson, he was fine at assisting me. The car was clean and in good condition. The car is doing good today. I was approved same day. My experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. I brought my car in because it was having trouble starting and it blew both head gaskets. I dropped the car off Tuesday and got it back Friday night. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were good. I am not having any problems now but it takes a couple weeks to work all the kinks out. Overall, my experience was neutral because I have had this problem for awhile and I kept taking it in several times. It finally took for it to blow to get it fixed.

    I own a 1999 Dodge Stratus. My overall experience was positive. My car was brought in because it was cutting off. They kept it for one week to work on it. I was not charged for my service and I did get a receipt. I currently do not have any issues with the car now. The staff overall was good.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Venture. My car was the engine. They had my car for about one week. The service was under warranty. The employees were very friendly and nice as usual. There are no problems with my car today. They did give me paper work. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. Jay was the salesperson that I worked with and he did a good job with everything. I was approved the first day I went in and the vehicle has had no issues since I drove it off the lot. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I first purchased it.

    I own a 2002 KIA Spectra. Overall I had a positive experience. I brought my car in to have my rear struts replaced. It did not take long to have it fixed , it was up and running the next day. I did have to pay for my service ,but I thought the price was fair. The staff was excellent as far as customer service. I am not experiencing any problems with the vehicle today.

    I own a 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser. I dealt with a couple salesreps the main one was Randall. The customer service that I received was great. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. I have problems with the brakes right now but they knew about it and I am taking it back in. It took about 2 1/2 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was John, and he was very nice. It didnt take long to get approved for the car. The car was in good condition when I drove it home, and I am not currently having any problems with the car now.

    I own a 2005 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall I had a positive experience. The man`s office that helped my was located to the right , right when you walked through the door. He was very tall. He was very curitious . When I purchased my vehicle it was in good condition. I am not experiencing any problems with the car today. I was approved in the same day that I came it.

    I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Steve sold me the car. The car was pretty good condition. I haven`t found any issues with the car. It runs smooth. The process took so long like six or seven hours. The staff was very curteous and kind. I liked everyone I dealt with. I walked away very knowledgeable about what I was getting into. My experience was positive.

My car was not under warrenty so I did have to pay something, but the price was fair. I recieved paperwork with my service. The saff was good as far as customer service. I am not having any problems with the car today. My experience was neutral because I don`t like to keep putting money into my car.

    I own a 2004 KIA Spectra. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for a front light and interior light, and they had it for about a day. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me fine, and there are no current problems with the vehicle at this time.

    I own a 2002 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. Carla was the lady that sold me the car and she did a good job helping me find a car. I got approved for the car that same day. When I got my car it was running good for me and it was nice and clean to. I had to take my car into the shop to get some hose fixed but now my car is running just fine. Overall my experience was positive.
