 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall my experience was neutral just because of the time it took to fix my car. I brought it in around 8,30 am and I didn`t pick it up intil 1 or 2 in the afternoon. My car was under warranty so I did not have to pay anything. I did recieve paperwork with my service. I brought the car in for a oil change and a leak near the gas tank. The staff was good as far as customer service. I am not experiencing any problems with the car today.

 | I own a 2002 Dodge Neon. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside and in a good running condition when I first got it. I currently do not have any issues now. Mike was my salesperson and he was great. I was approved for my car the same day.

 | I own a 2003 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Bryan was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good shape when I received it. It took about fourty five minutes for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has burnt holes through the vehicle, and a small dent on driver side. The staff was fine, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2001 SATURN LS1. I brought my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I had a coupon for the tire rotation and it was just a routine oil change. I felt the price was fair. I got paperwork. The staff were great. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was positive.

My experience was neutral because the staff didn`t take me to the lot so that I could look at the other cars, I ended up getting the first car that I saw at the dealership. Donnie was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.

 | I own a 2008 Dodge Caravan. My experience was positive. I took my van to the service center for a starter. The work was done in about a day and a half. I paid about $50 for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff treated me just fine. All of the indicator lights are flashing now.

They did give me paper work and a receipt. The transmission is still not running right. The employees were fine. My overall experience was positive.

He was very helpful. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was clean but when I first got the car it wouldn`t turn over. The car is currently in the shop.

It took a couple of horus for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has a scratch on the back bumper. The staff was great, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2004 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience was very positive. I worked with Jay and everyone there was really nice to me. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I drove it off the lot and the only problem I have had is there are crayon markings on the inside. I was approved the first day I went in.

Theres scratches in the windshield and I only have 1 set of keys and I don`t have a trunk key. It took about an hour or so to get approved. Overall, my experience was neutral because the credit people I was not very thrilled with.
