 | I own a 2001 Ford Mustang. My experience was positive. My salesperson was a younger, shorter white woman who was very easy to work with. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.

 | I own a 2001 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience was positive. My transmission was leaking oil, so I had service. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during my time at the service department.

 | I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for an oil change. It was under warranty. I did not recieve paperwork or a reciept. The staff`s service was good. Now I am starting to hear a flapping noise--I am not sure where it is coming from. I did not start hearing until after I had my car serviced.

 | I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. Dave was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good shape when I reiceved it. It took a couple of hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems now. The staff was real good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 1999 Honda Accord. Overall my experience was positive. I had an inspection, and my check engine light is was on. My vehicle was in the shop for about one day. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the time that my vehicle was at the dealersip.

 | I own a 2000 Mitsubishi Montero Sp. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because of an oil leak, and it needed coolant. It was quickly serviced for me, and I only paid $25 co-pay for the warranty. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was good. I have no current problems with the vehicle.

 | I own a 1999 Chrysler 300M. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Mike, and he was very nice. He did some creative financing which allowed us to make our first two payments as the down payment. We had two or three problems with the car but they were fixed right away. The vechicle was in good condition and clean when we bought it. The only issue now is that we only have one key, and it has a chip in it, so its more expensive than the keys you buy at wal-mart. I was approved the same day.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2000 SATURN LW2. I brought my car in for engine problems. They told me it would take two weeks and it has been three, almost four months. It has been in the shop since August. It was not under warranty but they worked out a loan payments for a year. I am paying for a vehicle that is not even ready. I have not recieved paperwork. They said they would fax me the information on a new engine and what it would cost but they haven`t. I have given them the fax number twice. The staff gave me the run around. One guy even told me he forgot about my vehicle. I still do not have the car. Overall, my experience was negative because of the problems. It was terrible and I would never send anyone there.

 | I own a 2002 Buick Rendezvous. My salesperson`s were Anthony and Gary. The customer service that I received was good.
The vehicle wasn`t neat and or in good condition when I received it. I had to take it back to be detailed but it was ok because there wasn`t a car on the lot that I liked and they went to the back and found this vehicle for me. I have problems with the transmission right now. I am taking it back in this week. It took about 4 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.

He offered me a drink, and was thorough in explaining how JD Byrider builds credit. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. There are no current problems with my vehicle, and I was approved the same day.

 | I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in to get the headlight aimed better and the gears were shifting oddly. I got it back that same day and it was under warranty. I got a receipt and the staff did a fine job with me. I have not had any recent problems with the vehicle since.

 | I own a 1999 Dodge Durango. Overall, my experience was very positive. My salesperson was Tim, and he was really nice. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. The check engine light came on yesterday, and I haven`t called about it yet. I was basically approved the same day. I came in late at night and brought them my paperwork, and then picked everything up the next day.

The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. Currently, it seems like the fuel injector is bad on the vehicle because it hesitates.
