    I own a 2001 SATURN SL. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for an oil change. It took about 20 minutes to complete. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was great--they were nice. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    I own a 2002 Ford Focus. Chad was the salesperson I worked with and he did a great job helping me. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and I was approved the first day I went in. I have not had any problems with the vehicle at all. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. Overall I have had a positive experience.I brought my car in for a oil change and I did have to pay because I had a free oil change left. I did recieve paper work for the service. The staff was really friendly and awesome. I don`t have any problems with the car today.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Neon. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and it took about 30 minutes. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me very good, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in again for this same ongoing issue. But I think they may have found the issue finally. All of my dashlights were coming on and my dome light sometimes sporadically does not shut off. They kept my car this time for one day to work on it. I was not charged and I did get a receipt. I currently am trying to resolve this issue now. The staff overall were good.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET S-10. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in to get a service because the motor blew. It took them four days to fix the problem and the price I paid was definitely fair. The staff did a really good job with the service and I got a receipt afterwards. I have not had any other problems with my vehicle since I got it back.

    I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. I bought my car from Cory, and he was alright. I was approved for the car the same day, and walked out with it to. The car needed to be cleaned on the outside when I got it. I am not having any problems with the car now. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. Overall I had a positive experience. Ron and Sarah were my sales person and they were great! When I purchased my vehicle it was in good condition. The only problem I am having with it is my window will not roll down and I am bringing that in for a service check up. I was approved in the same day

    I own a 1999 Dodge Intrepid. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Jeff, and he provided fine customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the next day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 1998 OLDSMOBILE Cutlass. I brought my car in because it wouldn`t start. It was in the shop over night. It was under warranty. I did not get paperwork. The staff were good. I am not having any problems yet. Overall, my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Buick Century. The vehicle was running rough and it took a couple hours to get it back. The price I paid was fair and I got a receipt. The staff did fine with me. There have not been any other problems with the vehicle. Overall my experience was neutral because the vehicle isn`t what I thought it would be and there have been a lot of problems.

    I own a 1998 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, brake check, and a new tire. My vehicle was in the shop for about one day. My service bill was fair, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the time that I was at the service department.

    I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Brian, and he was cool and real nice. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. Currently, the CD player does not work, the wipers do not work properly, and one of the windows will not roll up and down properly.

    I own a 1999 Nissan Maxima. Overall my experience was positive. My brakes were sweeking, so I had service. My vehicle was in the shop over night. My service bill was fair, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job through out my service. I only had to pay $60 for the entire service.
