    I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Robert, and he was very helpful with his customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. Currently, the check engine light is on. I have actually had the car for about a month or so, but they messed up my paperwork.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. I have had a positive experience overall. I brought my car in to have to ignition serviced. The car was fixed in the same day. I did have to pay $191 -but I thought the price was fair. I did recieve paperwork with the service. The staff was good overall. I don`t have anymore problems with the vehicle today.

    I own a 2002 Ford Focus. Lela was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. I was also approved for the vehicle the same day, and the vehicle has no problems that I know of now. The staff was pretty good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2008 SATURN L200. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Kevin, and he was wonderful. He was very nice. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. I have no current problems with my vehicle. The radio had quit working, but I`m bringing it in tomorrow to have it fixed. I was approved the same day.

    I own a 1998 CHEVROLET Malibu. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in for service because the serpentine belt broke. They kept my car not even a day to fix it. I was charged a reasonable amount and I did get a receipt. I currently have no issues now. The staff was wonderful.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Dodge Avenger. I brought my vehicle in to get the transmission fixed and it took 6 days. They told me it would take 4. The service was kind of expensive and I got a receipt. The staff wasn`t excellent. Larry wouldn`t negotiate at all and I had to go to his superior to make something happen. The service engine light came on recently. Overall my experience was neutral because of Larry not working with me.

    I own a 1998 Buick LeSabre. I had a positive experience overall. I brought my car in to get the alternator fixer. It took a week to get it fixed because I had to keep bringing it back in. I did recieve paper work for my service. I did not have to pay anything because my car was under warrenty. I am experiencing some problems with the car today.

    I own a 1999 Lincoln Town Car. Vashaun was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I purchased was in excellent shape when I received it. It took about two hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was excellent also, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall I had a postive experience . My salesperson was Angie and she was great. When I purchased the car in was in very good condtion and it was clean. I am having no problems with the car today. I was approved in the same day.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Bonneville. Rich was my salesperson. He was good and put up with me for two weeks until I decided on a car. It was clean but there are some things I need to get fixed. I was approved the same day. Overall my experience has been positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2008 Ford Ranger. My experience was neutral because the work took too long, and I had to miss work because of it. I took my truck to the service center because the brakes were squeaking. I had to wait while the work was done, and it took the entire day to get it finished. I paid a fair price for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff treated me just fine. My truck is running alright now.

    I own a 2003 Dodge Neon. Overall I had a positive exoerience. Ken was mysales person han he was good. The car was in good condition when I purchased it. There were a few minor problems that it had wrong with it , but they were aware of them and they are going to fix them them tomorrow. I was approved in the same day.

    I own a 2002 Buick Century. Rick was the salesperson who worked with me and he did a pretty good job with everything. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it and I was approved the first day I went in. The car is running hot, it is making a sound from under the car and something is wrong with the door handle.

    I own a 2002 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I took my car into the shop because I was hearing some rattling noises and I wanted to get the car looked at. The staff members treated me good while I was there and they had my car back to me that same day. My car was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it showing the work that they did. Today my car is running good for me. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Durango. I brought my car in because the door wouldn`t unlock and open. It took then and hour or two because they had to order the part. It was not under warranty but I felt the price was fair. I got paperwork. The staff were good. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was positive.
