    I own a 1999 Dodge Caravan. My sales person was a stocky tall white man and he did a fine job selling me the car. When I got my car it was running good for me and it was nice and clean for me to. I got approved for the car that same day. Today my car has a little shortage in it and I am getting an appointment set up to get it fixed. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Buick LeSabre. The vehicle was recently brought in for an oil change, and it took about fifteen minutes for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, and the vehicle needs another oil change now, and I need to have the radiator checked out also. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2000 Pontiac Montana. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside and in a good running condition when I first got it. However, the brakes feel like there is air in them. And, I am taking it in tomorrow to have it checked out. Mike was my salesperson and he was good overall. I was approved for my vhicle in two days.

    I own a 2000 Buick Century. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in due to problems with the lights and I got it back in a couple of hours. It was a free service and I got a receipt. The staff were nice to me. I have to bring the vehicle back in due to the check engine light coming on recently.

    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. Carl sold me the car. The car was in pretty descent condition. The car has been back three times. The sway bar and the heater core hose were issues. They`ve fixed our problems so far. The process took a two day process because they needed more paperwork from me. The staff has been great. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2008 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My salesperson was a blonde girl and she was really good. The car was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems with the car now. It took a few minutes to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Jeep Cherokee. My car was in for a oil change. They had my car for about forty five minutes. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work. There are no problems with my car today. The employees were alright. My experience was neutral, they were not extra friendly, it was just alright.

    I own a 2000 Ford Escort. My salesperson was Scott, and he was good. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was nice and clean when I got it, and I am not having any problems now. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because of a problem with a gasket. We are still waiting for a part before it can be completely serviced. My car is under warranty so I did not have to pay anything, and I was not given paperwork yet. The customer service was great. They are super nice people in there. I have no other problems with the car currently.

    I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was MK, who was very good. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. It has stalled three or four times, and I might need to have it checked out. They close at 6pm though, and it`s hard for me to get in there. I was approved the same day.

    I own a 1998 Ford Windstar. I brought my car in for the windshield wipers. It took a few hours to get fixed after they had the part ordered. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was okay, my salesman was real nice, but there was a big mess in my car. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 Pontiac Sunfire. Overall, my experience was neutral, because I always say it`s neutral. I brought the car in because it wouldn`t start, and it was quickly serviced for me. It was under warranty so I did not pay anything. I was probably given a receipt, but I don`t know. The customer service was just fine. I don`t know of any other problems with the vehicle currently.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Nissan Sentra. My salesperson was Gil, and he was wonderful. I was approved for the car that same day. The car was in good condition for the most part. I had to take it to the service center because the check engine light is on, the dome lights didnt work, the sun visor on the passenger side fell off, and the cd player had to be replaced. Overall my experience was neutral because all the problems with the car now.

    I own a 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser. I brought my car in because they replaced the power stering pump but they didn`t have the belt at the time. It took 6 hours to fix. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were super. I am not having any problems now. Everything is fixed. Overall, my experience was very positive.
