    I own a 2001 Mercury Sable. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took a few minutes. It wasn`t that long. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff are always great. I have an appointment in two weeks because they noticed some things that needed to be repaired so they are going to do it before the warranty expires. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for popping noises, wheel bearings, and tire rods. The work took a couple of days to complete. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there were very nice, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. I brought my car for the fuel pump. It took 1 day to get fixed. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was really nice and told her everything. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Montana. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Mark. His service was great. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in good condition and clean when we first got it. But now I am hearing a popping noise in the front end CV joints. I think I noticed the sound when I took the car for a test drive.

    I own a 1995 OLDSMOBILE 98. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took about 30 minutes. It was not under warranty but I felt the price was fair. I got paperwork. The staff were all right. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Ford F-150. My experience was positive. Don was my salesperson. My truck was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the truck in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. Sometimes there is white smoke coming from the exhaust when I first start the truck.

    I own a 1999 Pontiac Bonneville. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in for an oil change. I did get it back the sa same day. I was not charged for this service and I did get a receipt. I have had an ongoing leak that is soaking up the floorboard on the back passenger side. I also have had my airbag deploy out ant there is a black box with wires and ever since then it makes my interior lights blink on and off periodically. I think this has something to do with that black box getting wet. The service departmet is very hesitant to fix this issue, and I do not have $900.00 to get it fixed. The staff overall is pretty good.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Lumina. I recently brought the vehicle in for an oil change, it took less than a hour for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was fine, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1999 Jeep Cherokee. My car was in for the waterpump and radiator. They had my car for about a month and half. The service was under warranty, partial. They did give me paper work and a receipt. My car still has a miss to it. The employees were alright, the only that did good for me was Kevin, everyone else would not give me answers and they were smart with me. My overall experience was negative, because it went in for the radiator and waterpump and I did not make it 10 miles and the radiator fell out and I had a 1000.00 stolen out of it and they only replaced it with a 70.00 one.

    I own a 2003 Hyundai Elantra. I brought the vehicle in oil change. It took 15-20 minutes for it to be completed. It wasn’t covered under warranty. I think the price was fair. I did receive paperwork that day. I am not having problems with the vehicle now. The customer service I received was good. My overall experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Mercury Mountainee. My experience was neutral because it took them 2 months to find a radio to put in my car. The radio was the reason why I brought my car in . It took them all day to fix my car and I did recieve paperwork for my service. The car was under warranty so I did not have to pay anything. The staff was fine as far a customer service. I am not experiencing any problems with the car today.

    I own a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for an oil change and I had my door checked. The job only took 15 minutes. It was under warranty. I did get paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was excellent. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Brody, and he provided great customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2003 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall I have had a positive experience. I brought my car in for an oil change and it was my last free one so I did not have to pay anything for it. My car was fixe quickly and I receive and reciept for the service. The customer service was great. The only problem I am having with the vechile is that my breaks are starting to squeek.
