 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Overall I have had a positive experience. I brought my car in for an oil change , but ended up getting a few other things fixed. It took them 3 hrs to fix my car which is how long I thought it would take. My car was under warranty for one problem , but not for others so I did have to end up paying something. The price was fair. The staff the Great! I have no problems with the car as of right now.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in because the heat wasn`t working. It was in the shop for three hours. It was not under warranty but I didn`t really feel the price was fair because they did not fix it. I got paperwork. There were no problems with the staff. The heat still does not work and the passenger seatbelt is broken. Overall, my experience was neutral because they did not fix the problem.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center because the brakes were vibrating. The work was done in about an hour. I paid a fair price for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was great to me, and my car is running alright now.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Venture. My sales person was a woman who had a weird name. She sat at the third desk down on the right, she had short hair. I was there for 3 hours or so and the van was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems at all and the staff there was excellent. The experience was very positive.

 | I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Lawand, and he was awesome. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. I was in a minor accident the day after I bought the car, and it`s being serviced. The service guys were also awesome. I am waiting for the insurance claim to go through before I pick it up. I was approved the day after I came in, and I`ve already told several people to go to JD Byrider.

 | I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. The vehicle was recently brought in for an oil change, and it didnt take very long for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, but I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff treated me very well, and the vheicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Anthony was my salesperson, and I wasn`t happy with how he handled things. I really did`nt like the service. When I recieved the car, there was dents that I didn`t notice before. The car today is having some problems that im not happy about. I was approved the same day. Overall my experience has been negative, because im not satisfied with the car that I have.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Ford Focus. I brought it in for an oil change and the brakes. It was there for a few hours and I had to pay for it. I did get a receipt and the price was reasonable. The brakes are still acting up but I haven`t talked to them about it because I am going to take it somewhere else this time. This was the 4th time it went in for the brakes. The staff there was good and the experience was neutral because I have had the same problem so many times.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Explorer. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Ralph. His service was fantastic. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in good condition and clean when I got it. There are no problems with my car at this time.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. Bryan was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. It took a couple of hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle and the vehicle is running fine currently. Im happy with the way that the staff treated me, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

It took a total of two weeks from today. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork. The staff`s service was good. There are no problems with my car at this time. My overall experience was neutral because it took so long to order one of the minor parts for the job--and it was a huge inconvenience having to wait for this part to come in. I have to have my car. Therefore my overall experience was neutral.

 | I own a 1999 Mercury Tracer. Overall I had a positive experience. My salesperson was a girl with short brown hair and she was very good as far as customer service. The car was in very good condition when I purchased it. The only problem I am having now is that there is a buzzing noise. I was approved in the same day.

I paid about $50 for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff treated me just fine, and my car is running alright now.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in because my car was making a knocking noise--it might have been the engine. It was fixed the next day. It was under warranty. I might have recieve paperwork through the mail but I do not remember. The staff`s service was wonderful. My car was ok for a couple of days but my car is making the same noise now. I am going to have to take it back into the shop once I find time.
