    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Mark. His service was great. I was approved for my car the same day. The car was in good condition and clean for me. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    I own a 2001 Ford Explorer. My experience was positive. I took my truck to the service center to have a tie rod replaced, which was done within a couple of hours. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff treated me very well. The truck is making a rattling noise now.

    I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. Overall my experience was positive. Eric was the man who sold me the car and he did a great job selling me the car. When I got my car it was running good for me and it was nice and clean for me to. I got approved for the car in about one hour. Today my car is running good for me and I have no problems with it today.

    I own a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was a younger man who sat in the office with the batman on the horse. He was cool, and worked rather quickly but he did not tend to some problems with the vehicle. He told me he would have the horn and radio fixed before I got the car, and he never did. Also, when I got the car I noticed that the weather stripping was coming off of the windows. I was approved the same day, and I am currently having problems with the horn, radio, and windows.

    I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in to be inspected and to check out the engine light, and they had it for a day. I had to pay for the service, and I felt the price was fair. I received paperwork with the service, and the staff there treated me great. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall I had a positive experience.I brought my car in because the steering tire rod was lose. It only took 3 hours to get it fixed. I recieved paperwork for my service. The staff was very good as far as customer service. I am not experiencing any problems with the car today

    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. Overall, my experience was very positive. I brought the car in for an oil change, and it was quickly serviced. The car was under warranty so I did not pay anything. I don`t know if I was given a receipt, adn the customer service was great. There are no current problems with the car.

    I own a 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser. Overall I had a positive experience. My sales perosn was geroge and he was great as far as customer service. When I purchased my vehicle it was clean and in good condition. My check engine light just recently came on so I am going to have my car serviced. I was approved in the same day that I came in.

    I own a 2001 Mercury Sable. My experience was positive. Donnie was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The front passenger door handle is coming off.

    I own a 1998 MAZDA Protege. My sales person was Tom. I was there for a couple of hours and the car was in very good condition when I got it. There is a belt that is squeeling, and sometimes the idle drops really low. I have not talked to them about it yet. The staff was courteous and nice and the experience was positive.

    I own a 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix. The window motor in the driver`s window was having issues and it took an hour and a half to get it back. It was a free service and I got a receipt for the work that was completed. The staff were terrific to me and I have not had any other issues with the vehicle since then. Overall my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1998 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. I brought my car in for the wheels. It was the second time because they didn`t fix it the first time. It was in the shop for a couple days. It was under warranty. They have the paperwork. The staff were good. Today the car cut off on me and all the ligths dimmed. I had to have help to push it back home. They said it was the alternator. Overall, my experience was neutral because I have been having problems with it since I got it.

    I own a 2000 SATURN L300. I brought my car in for an oil change and to check the brakes. It was fine. They got me right in there. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff are always nice. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall I have had a positive experience. I brought my car in because I had a broken window. The car wasn`t fixed until the next day because they had to overnight some parts for toe repair. I did have to pay something but the price was fair. I did recieve paper work for the service. I am having problems with my blenkers but they said there was nothing wrong with them but they keep going out.
