    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Prizm. Overall my experience was pretty positive. Miles was the salesperson that worked with me and he treated me very well. I was approved the first day I came in and the only problem I have found so far is that the previous owner had some stuff crosswired. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 MAZDA 626. I brought it in for an engine replacement. It was fixed within a month or a month and a half before it was done. I have to pay for it and the price is reasonable. I did get paperwork and there are no problems now. The staff was very good and the experience was neutral because of the delay of time and the lack of communication throughout the month.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Overall my experience was positive. I bought my car from Scott, and he was great. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was nice and clean when I bought it, and I am not having any problems so far. I am going to take the car to get wippers monday.

    I own a 2001 GMC Jimmy. Rick was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good shape when I received it. I was also approved for the vehicle the same day, and the vehicle has no problems now. The staff treated me really good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET S-10. Michelle sold me the car. The car was in great condition. There are minor scratches. The first day the check engine light came on but it stopped coming on. I don`t know if this is normal but the oil pressure climbs. The process took about two to three hours with paperwork. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My experience was pretty positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Plymouth Breeze. My experience was neutral because I feel like the service staff has been giving me the run-around. I took my car to the service center because there was a noise coming from the front end. The work was done in about an hour. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I`m not sure if I have any paperwork for it. The service staff was good to me, but the car is still making the same noise. The staff will tell me that the problem is one thing, and then they will turn around and tell me that it`s something else. I think that the noise is coming from the bushings.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Lumina. I brought my car in because the switch in the fan did not work. It was in the shop for about a half an hour. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were fine. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Blazer. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for brakes, and they had it done that day. I had to pay for the service, and I felt the price was fair. I received paperwork with that, and the staff there were very nice. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2005 CHEVROLET Cavalier. I took my car in for new rotors. It took about 4 hours to fix. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork. The staff`s service was fine. However, my car is still doing the same thing and as far as I am concerned the problem is not resolved. My overall experience was neutral because my car is making the same noise and I will have to take it back.

    I own a 2002 Ford F-150. I bought my car from Gilbert, and he was real good. He was real patient with me and did a good job. It didnt take long to get approved for the car. The car was in good condition when I got it, but I have to take it to the service center in the morning because the fuse for the power windows is blown. Overall my experience was positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Malibu. I brought my car in because the motor went out. It took two weeks to fix it. It was under warranty, and I was given a receipt. The staff was not good. The car is still having problems and I will be making an appointment soon. Overall my experience has been negative because of all the problems.

I was also approved for the vehicle the same day, and the vehicle is going into the shop tomorrow for service. The staff was good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. My sales person was a guy who sat in the very back office to the right. It was there for maybe 4 hours and I was approved the night before. The car was in good condition when I got it and there are no problems at all. The staff there was fantastic and the experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Julian, and she was wonderful. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. I have no current problems with my vehicle, and I was approved the same day.
